Summer Camp Teacher STEM​/Technology Camps

Job Description

Lead Instructors are needed for our Summer programs. The role involves teaching children ages 6‑14 in classes focused on technology, video games, coding, robotics, 3D modeling, and digital arts. The position is seasonal, lasting 4‑10 weeks starting in June, and requires on‑site work in a classroom setting.

• Teach and facilitate hands‑on classes that integrate technology and creative problem‑solving.
• Lead a class of up to 12 students solo or a class of 25 students with an assistant.
• Manage and safely transfer equipment between sites as needed for various classes.
• Participate in paid training and online training prior to the summer.
• Work Monday through Friday for a minimum of 4 weeks.

• 21 years of age or older.
• College graduates with a degree in education, digital arts, computer science, information technology, or related fields are ideal. Graduating college seniors with student teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience teaching kids is not required, but the ideal candidate has some experience with children in a formal or informal setting (classroom, volunteering, childcare, tutoring, coaching, etc.).
• Strong technology skills are preferred, such as 3D modeling, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, modifying games, video editing, digital arts, competitive gaming, significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox, etc.
• Located within driving distance of one of our partner regions and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to offer accommodations or work sponsorship.
• Must love working with kids.

• Rate: $20/hr – $26/hr depending on experience, location, and availability.
