On-Call Concierge

We are seeking a polished, service-driven On-Call Concierge with at least 1 year of professional concierge, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience
. This role is ideal for a flexible, dependable professional who thrives in high-touch environments and can step in seamlessly to deliver exceptional service whenever needed. As an On-Call Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing requests with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and service requests promptly
• Coordinate reservations (restaurants, transportation, events, etc.)
• Arrange travel, tickets, and special accommodations
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and services
• Assist with deliveries, packages, and vendor access
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support property management or front desk operations as needed
