DESCRIPTIONUnder supervision of the Fleet & Facilities Superintendent, provides inspections and repairs to mechanical equipment in City facilities, minor repairs and tasks on and within city facilities. Provide the best customer service possible, demonstrating concern for each request for service or assistance.
- High school or GED, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid class “C” driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and MVR check.
- Must be able to successfully complete Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) clearance.
- This position is subject to periodic CJIS background checks.
- Additional certifications may be required.
