Senior Helpers McKinney is urgently hiring a PRN Caregiver to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care to seniors in Melissa, Anna, Van Alstyne, and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, transferring, walking, toileting, and eating.
• Support clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as managing medications and finances, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring they can live independently.
• Provide compassionate, person‑centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities, fostering independence and engagement.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to encourage socialization, mental stimulation, and emotional well‑being.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and caregiving guidelines to maintain a high standard of care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Respect and maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional, verifiable experience working with seniors.
• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
• Reliable personal transportation for client visits and errands.
• Social Security Card (required for employment verification).
• Compassionate, patient, dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in seniors’ lives.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and their families.
• A desire to give back to the community and support seniors in maintaining their independence.
