Parts Counter Specialist

We are currently seeking a seasoned, customer‑focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our team in Anna, OH. If you have dealership experience, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and are passionate about delivering top‑notch service to agricultural and turf equipment customers, we’d love to meet you.

• Greet and assist customers with identifying and purchasing the correct parts for agricultural and lawn/garden equipment.
• Provide tailored support for urgent needs, including machine‑down situations and parts stocking programs.
• Use systems like Intelli Dealer and Parts Lookup to locate parts and ensure accurate order processing.
• Record sales transactions and maintain up‑to‑date bin inventory records.
• Help maintain an organized and well‑merchandised parts display area.
• Support service technicians by researching and supplying required parts for customer, internal, or warranty repairs.
• Deliver parts and supplies to designated areas in the service department per the branch layout.
• Handle returns efficiently, including processing returned parts, pallets, envirocrates, and other materials.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing daily and in‑stock orders.
• Help with internal Service and Sales administration when applicable.
• Foster long‑term relationships—make every customer "A Customer for Life."
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the branch.

• 2‑3 years of experience in a dealership parts department (preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of parts and equipment
• Familiarity with computerized parts systems
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Solid computer proficiency and high attention to detail
• Effective selling skills, especially in offering complete job solutions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access shelving throughout the parts area
• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible seasonal hours
