Warehouse Associate (Levels 1–3) – Full-Time | Onsite | Ann Arbor, MI

Team-Oriented Environment | Hands-On Role | Music Industry

Shar Music is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of products that support musicians and educators around the world.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against invoices and packing documentation
• Unload deliveries and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
• Label packages and coordinate outgoing transportation
• Accurately document incoming and outgoing inventory movements
• Assist with routine inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols at all times
• Other duties as assigned.

• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Can manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Take pride in maintaining a safe and orderly workspace

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
