STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Developer III (Senior) on behalf of our client in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Salesforce professional with strong programmatic development expertise. The selected candidate will play a key role in an enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation, contributing to the design and development of scalable solutions that support complex integrations and cross-team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, APIs, and complex formulas
- Contribute to architecture and solution design to meet evolving stakeholder requirements
- Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to ensure technical integrity and alignment with business goals
- Follow and promote Salesforce platform best practices and established programmatic patterns
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor team members on development standards
- Support Dev Ops processes, including deployments and environment management
- Perform unit testing and coordinate closely with QA for integration and system testing
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and process enhancements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Security Model, Approvals, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with complex integrations and enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Experience participating in code reviews and enforcing development standards
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
