As a Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will own the carpet cleaning and floor care experience from start to finish. You will be the face of Voda in the field, delivering high quality work, building trust with customers, and earning strong tips and incentives through great service. This is a hands on role with clear growth and the opportunity to run jobs solo once you are fully trained.

• Lead carpet cleaning jobs using hot water extraction and other approved methods.
• Perform pre-inspections, identify concerns, set expectations, and recommend services when appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality results and complete final walk-throughs with the customer.
• Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation accurately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on site.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies and keep vehicles organized and job ready.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and basic vehicle checks.
• Learn new tools, technology, and techniques as we expand our services.
• Represent the company with a high standard of service to drive repeat business, referrals, tips, and incentive earnings.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation and photos
• One year of carpet cleaning or floor care experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• IICRC certifications are highly desired
• Carpet Cleaning Technician CCT preferred but not required

• Water Damage Restoration Technician WRT
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician AMRT
• Applied Structural Drying Technician ASD
• Mold Remediation Specialist MRS
• Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician FSRT

Compensation is based on experience and increases as you gain skills and certifications. This role also offers opportunities for commission and customer tips in addition to hourly pay.
