We are looking to hire the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Maintenance Technician at our community in Ann Arbor; 618 South Main Apartments.
The team is looking for an energetic individual that is customer service focused, organized, developmental, self driven, passionate and transparent.
Responsibilities- Prioritizing and completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Keeping the community clean and well maintained
- Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare apartment homes for rent
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors
- Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Management
- Ability to work on‑call hours
- Previous experience (2 years) in a technician position in apartment industry
- Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening
- Must have your own general tools
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail‑oriented
- Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently
- Must be a team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
