Role DescriptionThis is a part-time to full-time Patrol Guard role based in Ann Arbor, MI. The Patrol Guard will conduct routine patrols, monitor and secure designated areas, and respond to dispatch calls or incidents in a timely manner. Responsibilities include observing for suspicious activity, reporting security breaches, reporting safety concerns, and assisting with access control. The Patrol Guard will also collaborate with local emergency services when necessary to ensure the safety and security of clients and the public.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol assigned areas on foot & by vehicle.
- Monitor interior and exterior areas and report suspicious activity and safety concerns.
- Respond to dispatch calls and investigate disturbances.
- Enforce access control and visitor management protocols.
- Write detailed incident reports.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
