We are a growing specialty nursery focused exclusively on cultivating and selling Giant Sequoia trees — one of the most iconic and awe-inspiring tree species in the world. As we enter our second year of sales, we are building the foundation for long-term growth and are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our market presence. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build the sales structure, strategy, and customer base from the ground up.

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial sales professional to help drive our sales and grow the business. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company’s reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products.

This position is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct in-person visits and presentations
• Educate customers on Giant Sequoia growth and planting potential
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and sales processes
• Help shape the sales structure as we grow
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Proven outside sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Prospecting skills
• Marketing experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) (preferred but not required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working independently
• Passion for horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, or green industry a plus
