Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
  • Demonstrate online products and engage with customers using web-based tools
  • Gather and log call information and sales activity within the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
  • Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with solution-based sales methodologies
  • Experience in the legal industry or with legal products
