- Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers
- Manage inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
- Demonstrate online products and engage with customers using web-based tools
- Gather and log call information and sales activity within the CRM system
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
- Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
- College degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with solution-based sales methodologies
- Experience in the legal industry or with legal products
