Job Summary

We are seeking a Chemist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the research, development, and commercialization of our advanced materials.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of applications and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our products and customers. A cover letter must be submitted for consideration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in formulating and testing new paint and coating systems.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments to improve product performance.
  • Prepare and analyze samples using established test methods and SOPs.
  • Set up and maintain laboratory equipment for testing and development.
  • Document and summarize experimental data for team review.
  • Communicate findings clearly with team members, highlighting unexpected results.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
  • Support the development of new product ideas through research and experimentation.
Skills Needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset.
Knowledge Required
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • Understanding of chemical formulation and testing methods.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
  • Knowledge of coatings, paints, or advanced materials is a plus.
Ability to Implement
  • Consistently record and report accurate data.
  • Follow SOPs and adapt to new testing methods as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Learn quickly and ask insightful questions to deepen understanding.
  • Translate experimental results into actionable insights.
