Property Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant communication, lease administration, rent collection, property maintenance coordination, and vendor management. The role involves preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with local and federal property regulations, and handling property inspections. The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and work to maximize tenant satisfaction and property performance.

Qualifications

• Property management knowledge, including lease administration and local regulatory compliance
• HUD/LIHTC experience
• Proficiency in tenant relations, rent collection, and resolving tenant concerns
• Experience managing property maintenance schedules and coordinating with vendors
• Strong organizational, budget management, and financial reporting skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Work experience in property management or real estate operations is an asset
