Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Hiring a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (or Nurse Practitioner) to integrate into dynamic Neonatology team at a Level III NICU. This physician-led setting offers specialized inpatient care for neonates in a collaborative atmosphere open to seasoned professionals and recent graduates alike.

• Deliver full-spectrum care for neonates in the Level III NICU, including assessments, rounds, and management of premature or critically ill infants.
• Partner with Neonatologists on care plans, join multidisciplinary rounds, and liaise with nursing/support staff.
• Use Epic EMR for documentation, provide family counseling on conditions/treatments, and assist in stabilizing high-risk newborns.
• Follow varied shifts (24-, 10-, or 8-hour) within a team-oriented, non-autonomous model while upholding hospital standards.

• Graduation from an accredited NNP program; board certification (or board-eligible for new grads, by start date)—no exceptions.
• Active Michigan license, BLS, NRP certifications;
  Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Clean malpractice/license record, recent NPDB self-query (within 30 days, required upfront), and readiness for 3–4 month credentialing.
• Experience-based salary (discuss in interview).
