This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at our Ann Arbor, MI location. The role involves providing primary and urgent care services to patients. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, managing patient health plans, providing counseling and education to patients, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. Additional tasks may include maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated on medical practices and advancements.

• Strong skills in Nurse Practitioners and Nursing, with the ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Experience in Primary Care and Medicine, including diagnosing and managing chronic and specific health conditions.
• Proficiency in Urgent Care services, ensuring prompt and effective treatment of acute medical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient education and collaboration.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Michigan.
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment and provide culturally competent care.
• Certification in CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
