GHR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

- Shift: Day/Evening rotating shifts required
- Shift Options:
- 2x8-hour and 2x12-hour shifts (06:30-14:30/14:30-22:30 and 06:30-18:30/10:30-22:30)
- 5x8-hour shifts (06:00-14:30/12:00-20:30)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call Requirements: 2-4 weeknight calls and 1-2 weekend calls per 4-week schedule; no call shift longer than 12 hours
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics with complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases
- Compensation: Estimated weekly salary range: $2,870 - $3,020 per week
- Active Michigan RN license (required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR RN experience
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS (required); CNOR (preferred) - Scrub experience with proficiency rating of 3 or 4
- Experience with adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
- Ability to rotate between day and evening shifts
- Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
- Two manager/supervisor references required
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the CVOR for adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
- Assist with procedures including CABG, heart transplant, ECMO, MVR, AVR, MAZE, LVAD/RVAD, aortic aneurysm repair, VATS, lobectomy, esophagectomy, lung transplant, AAA, EVAR, carotid endarterectomy, and more
- Participate in call rotation, ensuring prompt response and patient care during call shifts
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for comprehensive perioperative care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment, including the XI Robot
