Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at Azza Health Care Agency

- Provide comprehensive evaluations and manage acute/chronic conditions in outpatient and Skilled Nursing Facility settings.
- Order and interpret labs, create personalized treatment plans combining conventional and functional medicine.
- Prescribe medications, supplements, and lifestyle changes; collaborate with care teams; educate patients.
- Licensure and board certification.
