Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in our acute rehab unit. The role is available in full‑time and part‑time formats and requires current Michigan CNA certification.

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as dressing, ambulation, and bed mobility.
• Reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure injuries.
• Monitor and record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and dietary restrictions.
• Communicate patient status, medication reminders, and behavioral observations to nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, environmental, and facility policies.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity while representing the facility with integrity.
• Stay current on CNA training and facility procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the RN or LPN in charge.

• State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• COVID‑19 vaccination or exemption.
• Ability to think independently, work with direction, and communicate with staff in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid identification.
• Comfortable using a computer.

• Prior experience in long‑term care.
• Prior experience with infection control.
