MDS Regional Trainer; RN

We are looking for a Regional MDS Trainer to join our team to travel to our Centers throughout Western Michigan and Wisconsin!

• Train other staff in the completion of the MDS and RAI documentation in support of the MDS data.
• Coordinates completion of MDS documentation
• Supervises utilization of CAAs and care plans
• Schedule completion of RAI following state and federal guidelines
• Travel to Atrium Centers in MI & WI - Will be in the Field at least 4 days / week with potential overnight stays

• Current RN state license
• Ability to travel to Atrium Centers (MI and WI)
• 1+ years of long-term care experience
• MDS Coordinator training experience, required
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance
