We are seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse and Fulfillment Technician to support our production, inventory management, and fulfillment activities. This role focuses on receiving and managing raw materials, accurately recording them in the inventory system (Inflow), and preparing and staging materials for manufacturing. The technician will also load and unload trucks, pick orders to be shipped, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly desired.

This role requires proficiency in state compliance systems (METRC), inventory software (Inflow), and order management tools (Leaflink). The technician will work closely with the Scheduling Department, manufacturing teams, and transportation partners to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment. As with all MBAF LLC employees, the technician may assist with other tasks as needed.

Inventory and Fulfillment:

• Receive and inspect raw materials, recording proper lot codes in the Inflow inventory system.
• Place raw materials into designated warehouse sections following organizational standards.
• Pick THC and CBD orders using Inflow and Leaflink systems as directed by the shipping coordinator.
• Assist the shipping coordinator in auditing final inventory weekly to ensure accuracy in Leaflink and Inflow.
• Review manufacturing work orders, pull required materials, and stage them for manufacturing teams to use.
• Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift, ensuring materials are handled and stored properly.
• Verify shipment details against manifests and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the shipping coordinator.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow and enforce General SOPs, Storage SOPs, Warehouse SOPs, and Fulfillment SOPs.
• Communicate any performance, inventory, or fulfillment concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support production and fulfillment operations.
