POSITION: Production Assembly
LOCATION: Dexter, Mi

COMPENSATION:

• 1st Shift -$17.89 Hourly

SHIFTS/HOURS:

• 5:30am-4:00pm Monday to Friday.
• Overtime will be on Saturdays from 5:30am-On. This could be Mandatory

QUALITY/SKILLS:

• Perform assembly tasks following standardized procedures and guidelines.
• Read and interpret work orders to assemble products correctly.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or issues with the products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Continuously improve assembly processes and suggest efficiency enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior assembly experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
• Punctuality and reliability.
