Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hydraulic Pump Repair Technician role located in Ann Arbor, MI. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic pumps, motors, and systems to ensure optimal functionality. Day-to-day tasks include disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and reassembling hydraulic equipment. The role involves helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting tests to ensure equipment operates correctly, and keeping detailed records of repairs and maintenance work.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on skills in Appliance Repair, Equipment Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in hydraulic systems maintenance and repair is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and tools used for hydraulic repair is an advantage.
  • Technical certification or relevant vocational training is preferred.
