Qualifications
:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE License
• 4+ years of experience in Civil Land Development managing commercial and residential land development projects

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in a Civil Engineering & Consulting firm where you will lead a variety of projects across different sizes and complexities. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects in residential or commercial/retail land development, serving as the technical subject matter expert. In this role, you’ll mentor new engineers, drive business development initiatives, and help grow the team.

While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding projects and shaping the team’s success. This role offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you can grow your career.

• Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and vision for project design and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
• Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards
• Partner with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
