NSF is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Associate, Corporate Development, to play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with our Vice President of Corporate Development to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic, that strengthen and expand NSF’s global impact. You will help drive portfolio strategies, support mergers and acquisitions, and influence critical decisions that fuel our long-term vision of becoming a $1B+ global leader in human and planet health.

Responsibilities- Drive the company’s growth by supporting strategic merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives through financial, market, and operational analysis
- Build and manage financial models to assess M&A opportunities
- Advance the M&A pipeline in line with company growth objectives
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets and partners
- Evaluate strategic fit, identify risks, and help build business cases for acquisitions
- Contribute to transaction execution, from target assessment and diligence to integration planning
- Partner with leaders to drive strategic planning, gather insights, identify key themes, and recommend actions that shape long-term priorities
- Stay ahead of market trends, technology innovation, and M&A activity
- Deliver competitive intelligence by analyzing industry trends and financial benchmarks to inform decision-making
- Cultivate relationships with investment banks, private investors, deal targets, and M&A advisors
- Prepare M&A updates for leadership, maintain databases, and develop presentations on new opportunities and partnerships
- Embody NSF’s core values: integrity, respect, excellence, and collaboration
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 4+ years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or private equity/venture capital
- Proven experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration
- Track record in strategy development and planning
- Exceptional business and financial acumen
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
- Global business experience
- Experience working with external financial advisors and investment banks
