Part time

Evening Shift – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, part time, every other weekend.

• Perform light and heavy cleaning duties of all kitchen equipment and wash pots, pans & kitchen utensils.
• Put away stock as directed in all areas of the kitchen.
• Complete tasks on daily/weekly sanitation list.
• Keep department logs current: start/end times, food temperatures, food substitutions, equipment temperatures, sanitation log as well as floor stock delivery log, etc.
• Establish and maintain courteous relationships with residents, their significant others and other facility personnel.
