POSITION: Tray Assembler
LOCATION/DEPARTMENT: PFANS, Ann Arbor, MI, 48109
COMPENSATION: $18.00 Hourly
SHIFTS/HOURS: Thursday 6:00am-1:30pm Friday-Monday 6:30am-3:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembling Food on tray per specific nutritional guidelines.
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions
- Operate dish washing equipment
- Distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- Empty trash containers as required
- Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
