Service Manager

Beztak is looking to hire a Service Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising the maintenance team to ensure the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visibly appealing.

• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
• Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
• Inspects construction and installation progressaska.
• Motivates and holds accountable a team to provide excellent customer service and high‑quality repairs in a timely manner.
• Performs various duties such as building repairs, snow removal, or groundskeeping to provide residents with a clean and well‑maintained living environment.
• Is responsible for hiring team members and providing continuous learning and development.
• Documents newbie of appliances, carpet, vinyl, water heaters, condensers, etc., in all units and tracks systems repairs, apartment painting, refrigerator coil cleaning, and other major repairs.
• Works in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and has effective interpersonal skills.
• Operates a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work‑related purposes as needed.

• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to 소 lead and manage.
• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self‑directed.

• High school diploma or related vocational training and/orayanan equivalent work experience.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.

This position requires frequent standing and walking, with occasional climbing stairs, bending over, or reaching overhead. Pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, including occupied and unoccupied apartment units, maintenance shops, and common areas.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common.
• Exposure to dust, dirt, pollen, debris, cleaning agents, paint fumes, construction or repair‑related odors and other airborne particles.
• Occasional exposure to grounds maintenance chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and ice melt.
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels from tools, machinery, and equipment.
• May involve working in confined spaces, heights, and areas with limited ventilation.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, masks, and hearing protection may be required.
