Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Corporate Practice Team in one of their Michigan offices. This role focuses on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and related corporate matters.
Qualifications- 5-12 years of law firm experience, with first or second chair experience on transactions.
- Expertise in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and M&A transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining responsiveness.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- Admission to the Michigan Bar required (or willingness to obtain).
- The firm provides relocation support and reimburses expenses related to bar admission.
