Associate Attorney

Overview

Associate Attorneys at Dickinson Wright PLLC join a supportive firm with a national platform, handling sophisticated matters for the nation’s largest and most innovative companies.

• Research matters, including state law, case law and other legal texts.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients at meetings, hearings and/or trials.
• Act as a business representative and work with the business to ensure that legal matters are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with discovery, attend depositions, work on trial preparation, jury selection and attend trial for litigation matters.
• Work under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Associate Attorneys must possess strong academic credentials, analytic, writing and communication skills and provide excellent references. Minimum performance standards are provided in the Attorney Manual.
