• Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling and representing Epic in high‑stakes proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
