Overview
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to help improve organic visibility and performance for our clients. This role works closely with the SEO Director and SEO team to analyze websites, identify optimization opportunities, and support the execution of SEO strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technical SEO, data analysis, AI-powered SEO tools, and writing optimized content
. This role includes both SEO analysis and the creation of SEO-driven website content for clients.
SEO Specialist
Location: [Remote/Hybrid]
Department: Digital Marketing
Reports to: SEO Director
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the SEO Director to support the development and execution of client SEO strategies
- Conduct SEO Visibility Audits and Redesign Audits and present findings internally and to clients
- Analyze websites for SEO performance, including site architecture, internal linking, URL structure, and on-page optimization
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with developers and client teams
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and optimization strategies
- Write SEO-optimized content for client websites
, including landing pages, blog posts, and page updates - Develop content briefs and outlines based on keyword research and search intent
- Edit and optimize existing client content to improve search visibility, readability, and conversions
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, website health, and conversions
- Maintain and update client reporting dashboards using Looker Studio (Data Studio) or similar tools
- Proactively audit websites to identify technical issues and new growth opportunities
- Create documentation and written guidance for developers implementing SEO recommendations
- Stay up to date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI-driven search changes
This role requires comfort working in an evolving search landscape that includes AI-driven tools and search experiences.
- Use AI-powered SEO tools to support research, analysis, and content optimization
- Understand how AI search features and generative results impact organic visibility
- Use AI tools for keyword clustering, topic research, and content development while maintaining strong editorial judgment
- 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization
- Experience writing SEO-focused website content such as landing pages, blog articles, and optimized page copy
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio) or SEO reporting dashboards
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools or AI-assisted workflows
