Desktop Support Technician

Overview

Seeking a member of our Desktop Support team. This position delivers high quality customer service and support. The successful candidate will exhibit proficiency with Windows, Macintosh, Android, and iOS among other platforms. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve situations where standard procedures have failed or proven ineffective.

Provide desktop support to internal and external end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, imaging and deploying devices, managing Office 365, printers, and other peripherals. Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

The pay range is $18.00 - $22.00/hr benefits for this temporary role may include:
