Business Analyst - Net Suite Implementation (Remote)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Net Suite implementation involving the migration of multiple ERP systems and business sites. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support system design and testing activities. This is a high-impact opportunity within a rapidly growing enterprise organization undergoing significant transformation.

• Partner with site-level Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
• Lead process discovery sessions and develop process flow documentation
• Support migration efforts from multiple ERPs into Net Suite
• Translate business requirements into Net Suite-aligned solutions
• Serve as liaison between IT and business teams throughout implementation
• Support solution design validation and ensure alignment with business needs
• Map requirements to test cases and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Help stakeholders understand system capabilities and limitations
• Support change management efforts during implementation

• Deep understanding of:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Fulfillment lifecycle
  • Record-to-Report
  • Procure-to-Pay
• Experience leading process discussions and producing clear documentation
• Strong process flow mapping experience (Visio preferred)

• Experience supporting Net Suite implementations
• Ability to translate business needs into system functionality
• Net Suite One World experience is a plus

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across Finance, Operations, and IT
• Comfortable navigating large, complex enterprise environments

• Experience mapping requirements to test cases
• UAT support experience

• Fully remote (Eastern Time preferred)
• Initial 3-12 month engagement (strong potential to extend through year-end)
• Competitive market rates
• Pay Rate: $50-65 / hour
