Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst (Systems Integration)
The Michigan Medicine Division of Diagnostic Genetics and Genomics is partnering with U-M Health Sparrow to hire a Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst to help expand access to precision medicine and clinical trials for patients with actionable genomic findings.
What you’ll work on:- Genomic + clinical data integration (Epic, VCF, OnCore)
- Automated clinical trial matching (Match Miner)
- Database development and data mapping
- FHIR‑based interoperability and API-driven solutions
- Dashboards, analytics, and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of EMR/CTMS integration
- Familiarity with genomic data standards
