A leading IT staffing firm is seeking a Desk side Support Representative in Ann Arbor, MI. This role requires strong technical aptitude and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for supporting users with both Mac OS and MS Windows environments, including troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Previous experience with Thomson Reuters customers is preferred, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a 1-year position with possible extension.
