• Provide technical support and resolve user inquiries for the organization's platforms and applications
• Collaborate with various internal and external departments to ensure effective systems implementation
• Lead or participate in projects related to systems integration, including mapping, design, and testing
• Train and educate employees on systems, integrations, and process changes
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements for existing systems and processes

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
• 0-4 years of experience in managing enterprise platforms and solutions
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Zendesk

• Title and escrow industry experience
• Administrative knowledge of title production software such as Qualia, Resware, or Softpro
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for learning and working with new technologies
