Key Responsibilities

  • SAP MM - Procurement
    • Analyze business requirements and design procurement solutions in SAP MM
    • Configure and support:
      • Purchasing organization, groups, and document types
      • Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and scheduling agreements
      • Release strategies and approval workflows
      • Source determination, pricing, and vendor evaluation
      • Manage vendor master data and material master integration
      • Integrate MM with FI (invoice verification), WM/EWM, and PP
      • Support inventory management and MRP‑related procurement processes
    • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams
    • Provide production support and issue resolution
  • SAP IBP
    • Design and implement SAP IBP solutions, including:
      • IBP for Demand
      • IBP for Supply
      • IBP for Inventory Optimization
      • IBP S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
    • Configure planning areas, key figures, planning operators, and alerts
    • Integrate SAP IBP with S/4

      HANA or ECC using CPI‑DS
    • Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and scenario simulations
    • Lead data integration, master data alignment, and validation
    • Support planning cycles, UAT, and go‑live activities
  • Implementation & Support
    • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications
    • Configure SAP modules according to business processes and best practices
    • Support SAP implementations, enhancements, and rollouts
    • Work with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to deliver functional solutions
    • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows and configuration guides
    • Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
    • Identify and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing application support
    • Assist in user training, change management, and knowledge transfer
    • Ensure solutions comply with internal controls and system standards
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on MM Procurement and SAP IBP
  • Hands‑on experience in SAP MM procurement configuration
  • Strong functional knowledge of procurement‑to‑pay (P2P) processes
  • Experience with SAP IBP modules and planning concepts
  • Knowledge of integration between SAP IBP and S/4

    HANA/ECC
  • Good understanding of master data dependencies and data quality
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP MM and/or SAP IBP certification
  • Experience with S/4

    HANA MM
  • Knowledge of CPI‑DS, integration flows, and data models
  • Experience in global rollout or transformation projects
  • Exposure to Ariba or SRM
  • Experience in SAP S/4

    HANA implementation or migration projects
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori, reports, and interfaces
  • Experience in global or multi‑company SAP environments
  • Industry experience:
    Automotive Supplier and/or Automotive Manufacturing
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Customer‑ and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Location:

    Ann Arbor office or other company facilities
  • May require travel between facilities, sister companies, suppliers, and customers
  • On‑call support may be required during critical periods
