• Spearhead the development of AI‑powered solutions and drive technical strategy across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
  Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in senior or lead roles focused.frame on AI/ML
• Expert‑level proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, JAX
• Proven experience with MLOps and managing the complete lifecycle of enterprise AI‑powered applications
• Strong leadership experience driving technical initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders

• Experience leading teams in building AI‑driven systems or enterprise integrations with AI APIs
