HANA Record-to-Report (RTR) Lead Consultant with a focus on Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) to implement, configure, and optimize FIN FI solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines hands‑on SAP expertise with strategic business insight to deliver high‑quality, maintainable solutions while providing trusted guidance to clients.

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Record-to-Report (RTR) Lead Consultant with a focus on Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS). This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP HANA FIN FI solutions while providing expert guidance to clients. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on SAP experience with strong business insight to deliver high‑quality solutions and trusted advice.

• Lead configuration, specification, and testing of SAP S/4
  
  HANA FIN FI solutions with CO/PS focus.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP solutions.
• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, from strategy to implementation.
• Provide strategic guidance on system design, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Apply industry and business knowledge to optimize SAP RTR processes.
• Foster effective communication, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing across project teams.

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA FIN FI, CO, and PS modules.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.
• Experience leading SAP project delivery and providing client‑facing guidance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
