Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Answer calls from store locations and open support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues when possible; when necessary, escallate tickets.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on diagnostics and resolution techniques.
• Remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems with proprietary software, hardware, and peripheral equipment (touch screens, phones, printers, etc.).
• Follow up with customers to confirm calls are resolved and tickets are closed promptly.
• Provide support to co‑workers to ensure effective sharing of best practices.
• Increase knowledge through continuing education classes.

• Experience with IT support, help desk, or related roles.
• Ability to work on weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Experience receiving support calls and remote troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Organized, technically savvy, with prior Help Desk experience.
• First week of the role will consist of training.
