Base pay range:
Base pay range$15.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Job description- Answer calls from store locations and open support tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues and, when possible, resolve them; if necessary, escalates tickets.
- Participate in training sessions to maintain troubleshooting knowledge.
- Diagnose and resolve routine problems involving proprietary software, hardware, and peripheral equipment (touch screens, phones, printers, etc.).
- Follow up with customers to ensure calls are resolved and closed promptly.
- Provide support to co‑workers to ensure effective sharing of best practices.
- Pursue continuing education classes to increase knowledge.
- First week of the role includes training.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Experience receiving support calls and remoting into systems to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
