Technical Support Representative

Base pay range:

$15.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Answer calls from store locations and open support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues and, when possible, resolve them; if necessary, escalates tickets.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain troubleshooting knowledge.
• Diagnose and resolve routine problems involving proprietary software, hardware, and peripheral equipment (touch screens, phones, printers, etc.).
• Follow up with customers to ensure calls are resolved and closed promptly.

• Provide support to co‑workers to ensure effective sharing of best practices.
• Pursue continuing education classes to increase knowledge.
• First week of the role includes training.

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• Experience receiving support calls and remoting into systems to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
