LHH is partnering with a family owned, manufacturing organization in the search of a Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
What You’ll Do- Process multi-location payroll and administer benefits
- Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits programs
- Support 401(k) administration and health & welfare benefits
- Handle reporting, audits, and tax filings
- Resolve payroll and benefit issues
- Bachelor’s degree + 4 years payroll/benefits experience or related work experience
- Payroll/HR certifications, preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA
- Proficient in Excel and payroll software (ADP preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative work environment
- 401K, strong company contribution and match
