Work Hours: 36 Hours per week (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)

• Qualify and be willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Know, understand, and incorporate standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines.
• Act independently and appropriately within the scope of knowledge and experience.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner - Accredited Respiratory Therapist program:
  Registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the working state.
• Interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, physicians, and other health personnel.
• Analytical skills to identify patient needs.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
