Key Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and provide actionable insights to optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and manage operational budgets and financial forecasts for production facilities and cost centers.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for capital expenditure projects, including ROI and payback period.
- Perform product and plant profitability analysis to identify trends and areas for margin improvement.
- Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, turns, and obsolescence, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards tracking key manufacturing KPIs and operational performance.
- Support strategic planning initiatives through financial analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with cost accounting principles and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
