Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: ~$50,000 base salary
Employment Type: Full-time, in-person
Position SummaryThe Client Service Administrator (CSA) supports the daily operations of a wealth management firm by managing client account administration, documentation, and service requests. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians, ensuring accurate processing, strong client experience, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Account Operations
- Serve as first point of contact for client service needs
- Prepare and process account documentation (new accounts, transfers, annuities, terminations)
- Coordinate asset transfers with custodians
- Maintain and update client accounts and records
- Process transactions including distributions, EFTs, beneficiary changes, journaling, and demographic updates
- Enter trades and ensure timely processing
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare client reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Resolve service issues with custodians and internal teams
Advisor Support
- Collect and organize client financial data
- Assist with financial planning and portfolio reporting
- Support investment research and cost basis analysis
- Coordinate quarterly performance reports
- Attend client meetings in support role
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and client documents
- 3–5+ years in financial services or investment administration
- Experience in wealth management, brokerage, or RIA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fully onsite in Ann Arbor, MI
- Professional, client-facing office setting
