Description- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience creating driving simulation scenarios from scratch (not limited to log replay or re-simulation of recorded events).
- Strong experience in ADAS or autonomous driving environments.
- Safety-related experience is required (simulation, validation, system behavior modeling, or safety analysis).
- Strong development experience in Python within a Linux environment, including command-line usage.
- Hands-on experience working with simulation tools such as Applied Intuition, Matlab/Simulink, CARLA, LGSVL, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience configuring and controlling dynamic agents (vehicles, pedestrians, traffic actors) through scripting or scenario description languages.
- Strong interest in autonomous systems, motion behavior, and vehicle-environment interaction.
- Design and build autonomous driving simulation scenarios from scratch.
- Configure and control traffic participants (vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, etc.) programmatically within simulation environments.
- Develop, modify, and maintain Python scripts to generate, execute, and manage simulation scenarios in a Linux environment.
- Use simulation tools (e.g. Applied Intuition / Matlab-Simulink or equivalent) to model and evaluate vehicle behavior.
- Execute simulations via command-line interfaces and manage simulation configurations and pipelines.
- Assess simulated behaviors with a strong focus on safety, robustness, and realism.
- Identify unrealistic, unsafe, or inconsistent behaviors and contribute to corrective solutions.
- Collaborate with software, system, and safety teams in an agile and iterative context.
- Support validation and safety-related activities through scenario-based testing.

- Strong exposure to ADAS or autonomous driving environments.
- Hands-on experience in Python scripting.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment and using command-line interfaces.
- Experience configuring simulation agents and defining behavior programmatically.
- Understanding of vehicle behavior in complex and safety-critical environments.
- Ability to understand, modify, and debug simulation scripts or models.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience with Applied Intuition or other advanced simulation platforms.
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink.
- Experience with CARLA, LGSVL, or similar simulation frameworks.
- Exposure to autonomous vehicle validation or verification activities.
- Experience with edge cases or safety-critical scenarios.
- Awareness of automotive safety standards or processes (e.g. ISO 26262).
- Experience in industrial or automotive project environments.
- Experience in international or multicultural teams.
- Ability to support or mentor other engineers.
