Key Responsibilities- Work with multi‑discipline teams to develop design materials for heavy civil works projects (generation, power infrastructure—transmission, distribution, substations—solar, wind, dams, buried infrastructure, tunnels, etc.).
- Perform analysis, design calculations, design sketches, and prepare geotechnical design reports to meet project requirements.
- Perform, coordinate, and manage geotechnical field investigations.
- Coordinate, manage, observe, and document geotechnical construction activities such as grouting, ground improvement, deep foundations, and retaining walls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and resources to understand client interests and needs.
- Develop structural technical specifications, plans, and details for projects (power generation facilities, substations, transmission lines, solar sites, dams, canals, flood control projects, municipal water, wastewater, pipelines).
- Plan, design, and oversee geotechnical aspects for projects both in the office and in the field.
- Travel to field assignments as required; field time estimated at 20–40%.
- Experience with geotechnical investigations, grouting, ground improvement, deep foundations, and retaining walls.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Active Engineering‑In‑Training (EIT) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program (home country or country of practice).
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
Active Engineering‑In‑Training (EIT) License

- Typical office environment; typical construction environment; extreme weather conditions; high noise level; safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals); atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation).
