The selected candidate will support funded projects involving radar processing and the application of estimation and detection theory to novel problems.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Apply Expertise:
** Apply estimation, detection, tracking, and classification expertise to develop solutions to urgent and important problems in the radar systems domain
* ** Develop Algorithms:
** Develop new estimation-theoretic algorithms and implement them in software (MATLAB, Python)
* ** Enhance Code:
** Enhance and extend existing code bases to process data from new sensor systems
* ** Brief Customers:
** Prepare and present briefings to current and prospective customers
* ** Travel:
** Work with a flexible schedule and be willing to travel to accommodate customer priorities

** Master’s degree and at least five years’ experience, or PhD degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics
