We are seeking an Infant/Toddler Early Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in child care. Eligible teachers will be offered the opportunity to be sponsored for TEACH MIAEYC, which will allow you to earn up to a Bachelor's Degree in an Early Childhood related field.
Our Lead Teachers:
- Create, plan, and maintain fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow teachers.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate and lead Assistant Teachers in classroom duties and children's needs and development.
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences.
Our Assistant Teachers:
- Assist in creating, planning, and maintaining fun and interactive learning experiences.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the growth and development of the children in our care. We are particularly interested in applicants who have:
- Experience working with young children and a passion to help them grow and develop at their individual paces.
- High school diploma
- Some college courses
- Enjoy outdoor teaching
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent required
- CDA
- Associate or Bachelor in ECE related field
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
